Le Club-DSI Tunisie, en tant qu’association en perpétuelle collaboration avec ses homologues de la région et notamment de l’Afrique, exprime son inquiétude et dénonce toute forme de traitement abusif et de dérives à l’encontre de nos frères immigrés d’origine subsaharienne pouvant impacter nos relations d’amitié. Une pensée particulière aux étudiants qui ont choisi de couronner leurs études universitaires dans notre pays pour la valeur de ses diplômes et pour son ambiance de fraternité.

Notre association apolitique a travaillé depuis sa création sur le développement d’une relation de partenariat avec les DSI des pays subsahariens. Elle joue aujourd’hui un rôle important en tant que catalyseur pour le rapprochement de la Tunisie des pays africains frères et amis à travers l’organisation des manifestations technologiques auxquelles sont conviés et honorés nos homologues DSI du continent africain.

Le Club-DSI favorise et soutient toutes les initiatives et les mesures permettant d’améliorer la situation de séjour des étrangers en Tunisie et faciliter les procédures de régularisation de leur situation tout en veillant à protéger les résidents étrangers de toutes nationalités et à lutter contre le phénomène de la migration irrégulière dans le cadre de la législation tunisienne, des traités africains et des conventions internationales.

Pour souligner l’importance de la diversité et du respect absolu de la dignité et des droits des personnes, nous appelons à un débat de haut niveau sur les dispositifs légaux et administratifs valorisant la relation de fraternité entre la Tunisie et les pays de l’Afrique subsaharienne et encadrant le séjour des migrants en Tunisie, le pays de tous les africains, afin de garantir leurs droits en toute circonstance.

The Club-DSI Tunisia is an association that works in collaboration with its counterparts throughout the region, especially in Africa. We express our concern and strongly denounce any form of abusive treatment or excesses against our immigrant brothers of sub-Saharan origin, as these actions can harm our friendships. We extend a special thought to students who have chosen to complete their university studies in Tunisia due to the value of its diplomas and atmosphere of brotherhood.

As an apolitical association, we have been dedicated to building a partnership relationship with the CIOs of sub-Saharan countries since our inception. Today, we play an important role as a catalyst in bringing Tunisia closer to brotherly and friendly African countries by organizing technological events that invite and honor our CIOs counterparts from the African continent.

The Club-DSI supports all initiatives and measures to improve the residency situation of foreigners in Tunisia and facilitate the procedures for regularizing their situation. We also prioritize the protection of foreign residents of all nationalities and fight against the phenomenon of irregular migration within the framework of Tunisian legislation, African treaties, and international conventions.

In order to emphasize the importance of diversity and absolute respect for the dignity and rights of all individuals, we call for a high-level debate on legal and administrative mechanisms that can enhance the brotherhood relationship between Tunisia and sub-Saharan African countries. This includes framing the stay of migrants in Tunisia, the country of all Africans, in a way that guarantees their rights in all circumstances.
